When the WEF said 'you will own nothing..", people should have taken them at their word." -Indeed. It's something that hasn't had anywhere near the coverage that it should. The mass movement of hedge funds and big business from gambling on Credit Default Swaps and other economic "Weapons of Economic Mass destruction" in the casino of the market was one thing which lead to disaster but now they have moved into property and land rentierism: its an ominous return to a form of feudalism and a situation that the much misrepresented supposed hero of capitalism Adam Smith actually detested as morally wrong: "...As soon as the land of any country has all become private property, the landlords, like all other men, love to reap where they never sowed and demand a rent even for its natural produce..."
