Glad it mentioned Centene at the end. A friend has this bunch of parasites running the NHS GP surgery, they also run others. Not one full time GP, locums moved ever few months so you have no continuity of medical care. More administrative staff than medical, unless you are waiting at the door at 8 am forget about an appointment. If you complain as I heard one old lady do very politely and she was dismissed with some well chosen words that in the end she apologised for complaining. The surgery doesn't make it clear there are owned by CENTENE in fact it took some digging, Centenes reputation in the US is in the swamp . They are a giant health insurance company, nothing more. |
