DM Now! Alt-Nobel -"Right (sector) Livelihood Awards". Kyev resident gets anti-War Crimes/pro-democracy prize

Another "Alternative" dies, conforms and complies.

Welcome to the 2022 "Right Sector Livelihood Awards" -
    - watch live-stream tonight with DM! - it'll surely be as tearfully moving as...The Eurovision Singalong Contest.

Oleksandra Matviichuk / Center for Civil Liberties (Kyev, Ukraine)

“For building sustainable democratic institutions in Ukraine and modelling a path to international accountability for war crimes.”

She got the,er, non-alternative Nobel Peace Prize in October.

And here's an extract from the selectively-amnesiac speech she gave after her glorious Nobel Peace Prize victory:

"Russia should be expelled from the UN Security Council for systematic violations of the UN Charter. The UN and the participating states must solve the problem of the “responsibility gap” and provide a chance for justice for hundreds of thousands of victims of war crimes. Without this, sustainable peace in our region is impossible. It is necessary to create an international tribunal and bring Putin, Lukashenko and other war criminals to justice.".

Oh - here's George W. Bush in May 2022 half-accidentally condemning the illegal invasion of Iraq instead of Ukraine:
