And how exactly would his fitness trainer have the authority to institutionalize him? He (trainer) made a phone call to get an ambulance to attend to KW when he was clearly in the midst of a manic episode and the medical staff decided on hospitalising him for his own good. This is well documented and the decision was made by the medics , NOT his fitness trainer. Unless of course you think "they" have some undue influence over medical admissions. His (the trainer) comments are bad but how is KW the victim of a crime here? What other crimes was he the victim of? How does any supposed trauma arising from these, as yet unmentioned, crimes excuse rabid racism? His perception of his previous institutionalization as being some kind of plot to punish a black man for speaking speaks for itself (badly).
