It's not just the NHS falling apart (here in NZ we're having serious health sector problems too, understaffing, under doctoring, work related stress etc) but it seems to me the NHS is the canary in the coal mine pointing to the wider failure of the whole of UK society. Not surprising as neoliberalism, Thatcherism, is a toxic and unworkable creed that in its practice is becoming seriously similar to incipient fascism.
