Everywhere I've seen in the MSM had the same wording which indicates a repeated press release.

I found this though, which is an official Iranian agency I think so that has to borne in mind:

    https://en.irna.ir/news/84980387/Iran-arrests-seven-British-connected-protest-leaders

Kerman, IRNA – Public Relations of Sarallah base of IRGC in the central Iranian province of Kerman said on Sunday that the base has dismantled an organized network with connections to the UK, arresting seven people who have been leading the recent protests in the province.

The network, which named itself “Zagros”, gathered together anti-revolutionary agents from both inside and outside the country to pursue plots against the Islamic system, especially in the recent unrests.

The seven arrestees have been involved in planning, leading and producing content as well as organizing and fueling the flames of the protests. Their social media groups and channels were also blocked and became unavailable.

The IRGC announcement also said that a number of the detainees were dual-national people who intended to flee the country but were arrested before they were able to do so.

IRGC intelligence agency is identifying other members of this network both inside and outside the country.

That puts more flesh on the bones and, if accurate, definitely suggests some kind of spook ring.

The fraudian has since published the "Zagros" bit of info, in the middle of the government/spook line of "industrialised seizing of foreign nationals for diplomatic leverage".

All British people still in Iran should leave immediately because of the “industrialised” level of people being taken state hostage, the chair of the foreign affairs select committee has said.

Alicia Kearns made her call after the Iranian government said it had arrested seven “British linked” suspects including some dual nationals allegedly involved in the country’s anti-government protests, which began 100 days ago.

British diplomats are seeking clarification from Iran about those arrested.

Kearns said: “This is industrialised taking of state hostages. This is what Iran now does.”

She said the individuals were being described as “British linked” because the Iranians were trying to claim the west and the the UK in particular had been orchestrating the protests. “They will never admit this is because of a brutal corrupt and oppressive regime,” Kearns said

    ...

The seven arrested men were reportedly taken into custody in Kerman province and deemed to be members of a group code named Zagros, dedicated to planning protests. It is possible that none of those arrested are British nationals.
