It took Yanis Varoufakis quite a while to finally admit the EU as constituted is beyond reform - remember all the 'Stay & Reform' crap given out during the UK's EU Referendum in 2016, a TL when Yanis was traveling around the UK with Corbyn promoting EU reform, only to finally acknowledge some 7 years plus later that the likes of Steve keen and Richard Werner were correct, namely, the neoliberal, wanton warmongering EU is beyond reform.
