He was presumably content that the Bolshevik coffers were filling up at that point. I haven't re-read the history link above, I am just going by memory. Again, this incident was, I think, just before Stalin went to Baku, Azerbaijan, to stir up the oil workers there. I think I have the timeline right .. Also, AM seems to confirm what Hudson and Desai were saying about the possible economic future of the west, which just may be coloured with militarism and class war. Where else are 'they' going to get the dosh for paying off merchants of death to produce effing weapons? 99% will have to cough up.
