One of their favourite strategists, Russian hating Polish American "Biggy" Brzeziński 26 years ago even named his book dealing with exactly this: "The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and its Geostrategic Imperatives" ffs... -Interestingly enough "Biggy"wasn't quite as stupid as the present lot.
