'Far right' in a Finnish context, isn't quite what is seems, in a UK context. One can't just copy these labels as if they are interchangeably. The two other partis in Finland are also... 'right'. The BBC labels the Social Democrats as 'centre left' and the conservatives as 'centre right'. Really the Finns have 'choice' between Starmer's Labour or Sunak's Tories, both 'extreme centre'. The Finn's party is a miss-mash of national conservative, mixed with old-school Social Democratic policies, but for 'real Finns'. They are a protest party against the political establishment, who, like in Sweden have ruled for decades. Again, what's sad is that the 'opposition', once again in Europe, Spain, Italy, France, is coming, not from 'socialists' and the 'left' but from the national conservative end of the spectrum.
