    The most astonishing thing to me about this latest war is the total inversion of narrative. Essentially people are being asked, "Who do you think is the greater threat to world peace and security: Russia or America?" and they seem to be coming up with the answer, "Russia". You have to have been asleep for the last fifty years to actually say that and believe it.

    Russia is constantly painted as "imperial" as if it's them that have been bombing, invading, regime changing everything in sight and establishing a massive world wide network of bases and using its economic status and advantages (petrodollar and World Bank control for example) to control client governments or install puppets and running proxy wars.

    It's not as if you need to have read relatively "ancient" history to know this is backwards. Perhaps Pinter was referring to the memory of the general public when he made his "nothing happened" speech because it seems they have either just repressed those memories or somehow believe all the slaughter in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria was in some noble cause.

    You would have thought the fraudian would have hit bottom by now but they manage to keep finding new depths.
