" Rather than a rebirth, Corbynism was the last, faint, gasp of social democracy within the Labour Party. A pathetic, nostaligic, lurch leftwards, rhetorically, that had virutally no support within the ranks of the PLP who were waitng, biding their time, undermining Corbyn, and waiting for him to fail, as fail he must, given the culture of British parliamentary politics. The left... is dead, only they don't realize it. Corbyn was the funeral rites as the coffin was slowly lowered into the grave.
