State didn't think Kabul had been handled well. According to the BBC it wasn't a 'retreat' but an evacuation a withdrawal. The US 'mission' in Afghanistan was concluded and they chose to end their 'presence' in that country. And they have the audacity to say they aren't propagandists for the West! The Ukrainians can expect the same miserable fate. With the hapless and braindead Europeans left to pick up the tab.
