The WSWS has lots of useful information and analysis; but clearly they have rigid Trotskyist political agenda and attitude when it comes to labeling and evaluatig events. One just has to take all that stuff with a pinch of salt. The layers of corruption, political/dynastic infighting, fuedalism, in Pakistan defy belief. It's perfectly possible for Khan to be 'good' and 'bad' at the same time. Juggling beteween powerful internal forces and powerful external forces, is a nightmare for any Pakistani leader. It's like dancing on the crust of an lake of lava in the maw of an active volcano. The Guardian, of course, is a total disgrace. It's become a mouthpiece for the UK security services, appealing as it does to the better educated middle class, making sure they are nudged in the correct Neocon direction. Caputure the Guardian and one literally captures almost all liberal/left opinion. For some reason these people lack the ability to think for themselves. Come to think of it, it's a bit strange that the large Pakistani population in the UK is so absent from any debate about affairs there.
