"...and signed deals to help ramp up supplies of weapons and equipment to Kyiv." Strikes me that as Ukraine is effectively bankrupt the Ukrainians can only be signing "deals" with BAE that are financially covered by a third party. Is that the UK gov by any chance? If so why bother with this charade of "deals" and "offices"? ...Never mind I'm sure the BBC will zealously seek out the answer and keep us duly informed. On this subject I do recall reading an article many months ago which suggested the EU had agreed to "pick up the tab" for the armaments sent to Nazikrania....would be interesting to know the extent of that too. -Maybe they are all being paid in agricultural acreage or the other Ukrainian assets for sale in what must be one of the biggest mass privatisation schemes ever undergone? After all, if Western Corporations and hedge funds actually own near the entire country then they have a huge stake in Zelenskys war because its then really about THEIR real estate.
