I didn't watch it so can't speak to its accuracy. I'd lay money, however, on many of those who (rightly) condemn historical atrocities and for whom no adjective is strong enough to condemn the Nazis are the same folk with blue & yellow flag emojis on Twitter or whatever Elon Musk is calling it this week. Ukrainian Nazis of yesteryear = bad; Ukrainian Nazis of today = honourable patriots.
