I watched the whole episode, which your segment is only a part of, and found that Mercouris's response was *very* wishy-washy and concentrating on Hamas being the 'terrorist' whilst not amplifying Israhell's war crimes. From my perspective, the occupier has no rights from international pov and the occupied population, under same international norms, does has the right to resist. No doubt some war crimes were committed by Hamas (please note it was not just Hamas but in fact 4 united Palestinian groupings (including a Marxist faction - see Voltairenet article above). Interestingly Mercouris has walked back some of his claims ... although I haven't seen the whole episode, so can't tell if he still has his distasteful blindness to enormity of Israhell's war crimes.
