There is definitely a change in attitude to the apartheid state but only in terms of the plebs. All those in positions of power still show all the symptoms of the disease, clearly illustrated by the recent statements of, "No! We won't stop selling weapons to the people massacring women and children round the clock. Don't be stupid". The tipping point will be when those people fear the adverse reaction of the plebs, e.g. around election time. I expect to see some performative distancing and criticism in the next six months which will then miraculously backtrack once the votes have been counted, but we could always be surprised...
