Yes and that "lunatic" thing goes back ages.
I remember quite a while back now when Israel was bombing Gaza and Israelis were picnicking in the border hills overlooking it, binoculars in hand, having a whale of a time, laughing and cheering as the bombs rained down on the Palestinians, trapped in their concentration camp.
I remember one girl laughing into the camera and saying "Yes, I'm a little bit fascist."
