It seems that Putin et al policies are centred on protecting Russian nation, be it within the confines of RF .. or abroad. The Russian connection to Israhell pans out as 15% of its (Israhell) population i.e. 1.3 millions. I guess one way would be to wait until some go back to RF due to current pressures, then call a halt to current policies and change the stance on Israhell which would influence BRICS.
