I actually thought the whole purpose of the programme was to show the jury deliberations rather than recreate the trial itself. For example, the older juror said "Murder" from the very start before he'd heard any evidence and didn't change his mind. There were a number of glaring omissions. The victim's girlfriend was repeatedly asked why she had waited 25 minutes before calling an ambulance, but the victim's brother, who had helped carry the body from the street into the house was never asked the same question -- in fact he was totally absent from the trial. Bizarre.
