On Keaton's piece, he was so clearly emotionally affected and it had me tearing up a bit. I thought it was very very powerful and, as you said, much better than my initial, and continued, reaction.
I'm right at the limit of my empathy and so much of me is just screaming, fuck him, hate monger denied any kind of empathy or kindness to people he was paid to shit on so he gets none now. Maybe I'm lying to myself thinking I do really feel sorry. I feel sorry for his kids which I think is what motivated Keaton the most.
