To be honest, I was a bit taken aback by George pretty much whitewashing the malignant Kirk...makes me wonder just how much he has listened to his hate speech and white supremacist schtick. For example, he just called him "a right wing figure who was repeating the common tropes from the right". Well, I strongly beg to differ, Kirk was much more than that and far more monstrous. Then he talks about his "poor wife". Has he even listened to her hateful call to arms screed from yesterday? t, I'm not sure that she was "probably entirely clueless" about hubby's activities and politics, she seems to have been well educated and attended three universities, studying political science and international relations at one of them. Saying that, I do suspect that her performance was closely directed and scripted but I think she understood it all and loved it. |
