The Celtic fans told them to go and bollocks very much. There has to be action from the teams rather than the management; threaten the product. If say, France, Brasil, Italy and Spain said they wouldn't play in a competition with the apartheid state I reckon there would be more movement.
I still wish they have let Makabi play in Istanbul after they kicked off in the Dam; they could have had street cameras on pay per view and it would have made millions when the Galatasaray firm got hold of 'em.
