He's fed up that having dished the dirt, no-one is listening. There is possibly of an additional angle that he is emotionally distressed abt the family member being in the hospital and he is trying to amplify his message. It seems that NED is still around although USAID has been switched off, as told. One assumed that a new logo will appear to replace NED one at some point. |
