Thanks for the good wishes; he's doing ok. I'm just on the phone to the hospital to see if he's coming out or if he has to surgery. Turns out he's got to stay in one more night but surgery doesn't look likely. Everyone grits their teeth and moans about the hours you spend waiting but it also reminds you how amazing the NHS workers are and how they, and the system, deserve to be treated way way better. If it was the US we'd have gone bankrupt yesterday to pay for the treatment he's had and having. |
