UK libel laws and lack of a constitution protecting freedom of speech (even if only in theory) would quickly clamp down on that IMO, or at least make it so it was harder to be so free & easy about it. Asa Winstanley, Tony Greenstein and Kit Klarenberg spring to mind as examples of outspoken UK radicals, though not blessed with as much charisma as the Americans you mention. Lowkey & Matt Kennard do a good job too. Would be good to have someone with comedic chops operate in a similar space. Frankie Boyle had promise but turned into a repellent sh!tlib. Brand has the gift of the gab but is now compromised & in bed with the far right.
