One of my favourite songs ever! Not to compare myself to the great Alvin Lee and Ten Years After, but I share some traits with this song - well meaning but a little flaky. Even after 70 something trips around the sun. To Dan - thank you for hosting us and for your ever worthwhile posts. I depend on the good crew here to help me get through the insanity that surrounds us. I learn a lot from everyone and often find reason in what others post to check my assumptions. Plus there's the fun of trying to understand the British humour references - shut it, Steven, you ginger bullox! And the music postings are ever enlightening. Merry Christmas everyone. I wish you all good health, enough prosperity to get you by and lots of love & laughter in 2026. And world peace. |
