Thanks for that Mary. They've been doing it for a while, ostensibly to clear the border for 'security' reasons, ie: so IOF snipers can get a clear line of sight. But they only do it when the wind is blowing towards farmlands on the Palestinian side of the border, using tire fires and other methods to judge the wind direction. They also time it to key harvest periods in the spring & summer months, probably with deliberate, sadistic intent as per usual.
