Not so much a vision as a "homeopathic hint" of a vision. Bolder than Ed Miliband was after 2011 ( the days of Blue Labour).

Doesn't the knob-end realise that ordinary folk don't "save" because they have no money to do it with?

Isn’t that the very reason we now have a lumpenproletariat with no funds to invest.

While those privatized profits are actually invested..where?

In which country, precisely? Lucky Lichtenstein? Schweiss? China?

Which particular island in the Caribbean, for example, is the lucky recipient?
