Unclear whether he means isolate if you have symptoms or just totally withdraw from public places for the rest of your life. Or maybe like a leper colony or something... The smallpox example, 'you've [sic] got to do something about it' suggests he's happy with drastic state intervention and jettisoning fundamental human rights if things get bad enough. Who decides when that happens? What if peoples' fears have been manipulated? Might the state not have ulterior motives and be looking for an excuse to exert yet more control? Occupy got 'cleansed' from the streets with authorities claiming benevolent concern about 'hygiene' and anti-vaxxers, skeptics or even undecideds are already considered 'unclean' in a similar sense...
So not immediate mandates but social shunning and pressuring others to lock themselves away indefinitely. Struggling to see how you can call yourself an anarchist if you think that's an appropriate 'solution'.
