followed the link to confirm who the "crazed narcissist" is supposed to be and of course it leads merely to an anti Putin article by well known anti Russian demagogue Anne Applebaum.

Aside from being an accomplished statesman, Putin is probably about the best thing that ever happened to Russia whose fate otherwise was a Balkanisation into corruptible little petty states created merely to be looted for their resources.

From macro issues such as competitor nations tosocial liberal fayre (tho I agree with much of that) it's the same set of narrative-techs. And is LCD tabloid issue avoidance that leaves nobody any wiser and deliberately clogs up the brain and debate.

Yes, Peston had none other than that well know balanced expert on world affairs, The Walrus Of Hate himself on last night, to "discuss" Ukraine.
Bolton, was as usual, upset we hadn't nuked Russia yet and was incensed about Russian aggression and the threat of them crossing a sovereign boarder! How dare they even think it!
Of course, Peston didn't remind him of Iraq, Syria or Libya, the indolent hypocrisy and gaping memory holes on display were...well let's just say, right in yer face!
That we haven't taught Russia a lesson yet is Germany's fault, apparently.
Oh and there was something else chucked in there about how dangerous China is.
Yes, the old walrus-war criminal was given plenty of time, encouraged by Peston, to spout his warmongering lies.
