Don't miss the amazing moment when Mercouris actually looks to Nigel Farage to get the UK out of its economic and political mess.
Mercouris is out to lunch with that statement. Totally agree. They didn't back it up in any way.
Secondly he said that Putin has apologised for Lavrov's statement about Jews without any evidence i.e. it wasn't in the written statement released by RF, and I personally think that RT has also just made it up, or assumed or whatever.
I think the Duran duo are coasting on empty in these instances, which is disappointing since they had a good period when their reports seemed well researched.
By the by, I was also not impressed by Dreizner's early take that RF expected Kiev was about to fall when RF came down from Byelorussia etc. Didn't sound plausible since the numbers didn't add up. Later Dreizner's reports were better, although I didn't think he has enough nous about the background/knowledge of Russia/Ukraine per se, except as a military analyst.
Let's see how they perform in future ...
Re: The Duran: 'Inflation continues to rise, as EU Greens & Neocons want more sanctions'
I had literally the same thought as you re. Dreizen. On that occasion it seemed he'd either been drinking the 'Putin's Enormous Blunder' Kool-Aid or was trying to fit in with the audience demographic that had.
Mercouris on Farage is a duplicate of Mercouris on Trump, Farage's total domestic unelectability apart. Something disgustingly reactionary is sloshing around just out of sight over there, I can feel it...
