Another TORY MP accused of rape -- yet the media label it "a Westminster problem"

It's not a scandal of sexual predators in the Tory party apparently -- it's a crisis in Westminster, thus lumping the lot of them from all parties as potential rapists and sexual pests and neatly absolving the Tories of sole blame.
Of the half-dozen cases in the past 2 years, haven't all of them involved Tory MPs? Were there any Labour or LibDems amongst them?
