Channel 4 News: "Tens of thousands" of Russian killed in Ukraine????

On Channel 4 News last night I'm sure I heard Guru-Murphi (sp?) say that "tens of thousands of Russian troops had been killed in Ukraine". I don't know what the official figures are but this is a huge exaggeration.
Does anyone have an accurate figure? It will cost the UK taxpayer £132bn to decommission all the UK’s civil nuclear sites and the work will not be completed for another 120 years, according to latest estimates. Report -- May 2022:
Re: Channel 4 News: "Tens of thousands" of Russian killed in Ukraine????
250 million Russian troops have been killed in Ukraine, in fact the entire Russian population has been killed in Ukraine and Ukrainian troops have advanced to Moscow.
Re: Channel 4 News: "Tens of thousands" of Russian killed in Ukraine????
I've been killed in Ukraine and so has my wife.... twice in fact....no amount of cajolery, and no attempts at ethical or social seduction, can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred for the Tory Party...So far as I am concerned they are lower than vermin.
..Victory has always been killing Russians, this has always been a declared aim (e.g. of McCain) for Russians to be “coming home in body bags”, so what better declaration of victory than to claim this.
"On 25 March, Russia's Ministry of Defence confirmed that 1,351 Russian soldiers had been killed in combat, with another 3,825 being injured. It also claimed 14,000 Ukrainian soldiers had been killed and 16,000 wounded by this point.[76] Additionally, the DPR claimed 979 Ukrainian soldiers were killed and 1,150 wounded in the Donbass region by 11 March.[83] On 16 April, Russia updated the number of Ukrainian military fatalities to 23,367.[84] In contrast, on 15 May, Ukraine claimed Russian combat losses were around 27,400,[85] while its forces suffered between 2,500 and 3,000 dead and around 10,000 wounded by 15 April. Among the wounded, the number of those with potentially fatal injuries was not known.[73] According to the Meduza news website, out of 2,099 Russian soldiers whose deaths it had confirmed by 5 May 2022, 399 were officers and 437 were members of the Russian Airborne Forces (VDV).[86] BBC News Russian also reported that out of 2,336 Russian servicemen whose deaths they had documented by 12 May 2022, 19 percent (443) were officers, while 20 percent (465) were members of the VDV.[77]
With respect to Russian military losses, Ukrainian estimates tended to be high, while Russian estimates of their own losses tended to be low. Combat deaths can be inferred from a variety of sources, including satellite imagery and video image of military actions.[87] According to a researcher at the Department of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University in Sweden, regarding Russian military losses, Ukraine's government was engaged in a misinformation campaign aimed to boost morale and Western media was generally happy to accept its claims, while Russia was “probably” downplaying its own casualties. Ukraine also tended to be quieter about its own military fatalities.[88] According to BBC News, Ukrainian claims of Russian fatalities were including the injured as well.[89][90] Analysts warned about accepting the Ukrainian claims as fact, as Western countries were emphasizing the Russian military's toll, while Russian news outlets have largely stopped reporting on the Russian death toll.[91]
The number of civilian and military deaths is impossible to determine with precision given the fog of war.[92][87] The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) considers the number of civilian casualties to be considerably higher than the one the United Nations are able to certify."

Don't quote me but I heard it mentioned that Ukie casualties were in the order of 1,500 per month. I think Mercouris mentioned it?

The Ukraine conflict has essentially become an artillery war. According to the reports from the Ukrainian troops the Russian shelling was at least ten to their one. you can work out a rough casualty ratio from that I reckon.
Of course the Corporate media sells the opposite story: that the Ukrainians are winning because their artillery is dominant-
