A bit coy about Zuckerberg involvement, they choose to list Walmart ahead of Meta. Maybe it was the election thing..

..jargon-proud hogwash - and they claim to want "transformative change"..

And they praise Saudi Arabia's and the UAE for their educational advances.
But I'm not sure if your special focus on the climate change angle is also intended as a side-swipe at that issue too.

One thing's for sure - China haven't needed and won't need any of this hogwash to enable their innovators, scientists and entrepreneurs to increasingly transform and rule the industrial/manufacturing world.

Seems to be a mix and match approach to crises and elite friendly solutions at the moment. Climate change apparently necessitating full GMO rollout and Zuckerberg matrix V1, in the same week.
