Notice it's always "Westminster sleaze" and not "Tory sleaze"

Watching the latest tory sex scandal involving the deputy chief whip on various news channels this morning, none of them talked about "Tory sleaze" it was always the sex/sleaze culture "in Westminster". Handy to lump them all together under this blanket term when all or nearly all sex'n'sleaze scandals in recent years are exclusively male Conservative MPs.

It will cost the UK taxpayer £132bn to decommission all the UK’s civil nuclear sites and the work will not be completed for another 120 years, according to latest estimates.

You're right, though apparently there are still a couple of shadow cabinet members with allegations to come out - it'll be 'labour sleaze' when it's their turn no doubt (though I can't feel too bad about some starmerite getting it).

Oh well, i expect it will all blow over, even though this might be difficult to swallow

That's much too harsh sb. You might almost call it a blow below the belt. But then again, you've said a mouthful.
