So it's entirely dependent on the fossil fuel industry then, and will enable them to claim that they've scrubbed the CO2 from their activities (if it works). In other words enabling the continuation of business as usual with an added profit stream for Exxon Mobil. Remind me what the good news is supposed to be here?
