Retired Army Col. Douglas Macgregor on the World War III scare in Poland and the reported Pentagon-State Department split over Ukraine-Russia peace.
After accusing Russia of firing missiles into Poland — and triggering calls from Ukraine for direct NATO military intervention — US officials are now acknowledging that Ukrainian air defenses were likely responsible.

Belatedly half a hero. But undoubtedly the bravest, most medal-worthy thing he's said/done in his life of "service" to America's Perpetual War+Killing Machine.
First, he is not a general, but colonel fwiw. Do concentrate Jim : ).
It is true he participated in the Gulf war, as one does if one is in the US Army at the time. An illegal war from the UN perspective, I hasten to add.
Meanwhile, he is very much removed from the bunch of ijit US warmongering generals that are in the current admin.
There is a reason why Pushback interviewed him. First, because he is retired he doesn't have the normal constraints (from his perspective). Second, he is about as anti-US wars as one can be as a military bod. He is obviously not happy with US hegemony and says so.
I seriously question if you have watched any of this interview. I guess it goes with the territory
