“On Instagram, anyone can privately send you something that should be illegal,” said Rachel Riley, a UK-based television host, in the report. “If they did it on the street, they'd be arrested.”

Many users send abusive or threatening messages using voice notes. CCDH's research showed that one in seven voice notes within their participants' data was abusive. One voice note was sent to Heard saying, “You, I don't like you, you are bad people. Die! Die! Die! Die! DIE!” The only action she could take was to react with an emoji.

CCDH's researchers reported the account to Instagram, but....

It treats the "testimony" of one Rachel Riley, a discredited malicious liar and defamer, as if it is reliable.

It's like an article about the need to treat senior citizens respectfully using a quote by Dr Harold Shipman.

You take this one quote “On Instagram, anyone can privately send you something that should be illegal,” said Rachel Riley, a UK-based television host, in the report. “If they did it on the street, they'd be arrested.” and use it to discredit a report or article by two other writers presumably working with or for the Centre for Countering Digital Hate. The Rachel Riley quote that so seems to rile you is just 22 words long, and is the only reference to her in an article which is over 1,600 words long. And you claim that those 22 words discredit the whole article? I have no idea who Rachel Riley is, but is are her other failings that so concern you have any relevance here at all ?

grandly titled "Centre for Countering Digital Hate" has ruined any credibility it might have established in the rest of that rather ho-hum article. Like the thirteenth cuckoo of a cuckoo clock, quoting a malicious liar like Rachel Riley casts doubt on everything else.
