I assume he is referring to the current status with whatever armaments are there/getting delivered at the moment/or on their way. It’s more to the with DU munitions (instead of the normal type).

The British DU munitions are the start and US DU munitions are forthcoming thereafter.

fortifications in Kherson and the Donbass will cause major issues for the Ukrs. Rushing troops across a broad front will face the T-55's 16km range and 25mm naval guns (as detailed in Brian's latest).
