Fascist scum, the nerve of them lecturing a journalist about what's in the 'public interest'. Still, Klarenberg seems to have been v. cooperative with them, admittedly under threat of prosecution. Surely he has a right to legal representation in a situation like that? The taking away of the right to silence seems highly dubious as well. Not even formally arrested and he's not allowed to do a no-comment interview? Hmmm...
It'll be revealing who speaks out about this and who stays silent. Out of interest after the Canary thread I looked at their twitter - nothing: https://twitter.com/TheCanaryUK/. Kerry-Anne Mendoza surprisingly has a load of tweets about it expressing solidarity with Klarenberg, eg: https://twitter.com/TheMendozaWoman/status/1663801313111465986 Nothing so far from Monbiot, Paul Mason (ok, it would be dumb of him to gloat at this particular moment) or Owen Jones.
