Not sure where that 'mojo' fits in. It's either one or the other. Vote or don't vote. Thankfully (eyes roll) you have the choice .. atm.

Looking at the broad picture, in the ole USSR you *had* to vote (I think .. just saying). So we have some sort of progress, generally speaking, broadly. The voting system here ... : /. Enjoy
