Any time they have one of these "Explainer" articles you know it's going to be a propaganda blitz. I've never seen one that wasn't just a state department/MI6/other spookish/establishment entity press release. Their only redeeming feature is the inadvertent comedy value....no amount of cajolery, and no attempts at ethical or social seduction, can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred for the Tory Party...So far as I am concerned they are lower than vermin.
