Everything the US attempts at the moment seems (even more than usual) to be filled with malice and irrationality. The US appears also to have lost every trace of the necessary diplomatic skills required to maintain the world empire it so desires. Alongside sanctioning the German banks...and even the ICC...here's more of that "International Rules Based Order"...staring right at you:
