My instant guess would be that a 'Putin Desperate to End Conflict' narrative is the Empire's pitiful attempt to spin Kiev's total collapse and capitulation as 'a battered Russia crawling to the negotiating table'...

Simplicius probably says this, though...?

Note the dead giveaway: it's never a problem for the corporate media to promote these "Kremlin talking points" when they are actually invented by the west.

Didn't they run a similar "Ersatz Kremlin" campaign a while back? I have a feeling I commented on it here.
