They're swaying towards the incompetence theory to explain how a 20 year old with a rifle was able to saunter through security onto an unguarded roof overlooking the target 140 metres away and being allowed to shoot despite everyone knowing he was there for whole minutes...

Jimmy Dore points out at every US school massacre that the porkies aren't interested in risking their lives to protect the public, only in waiting until there's no danger before intervening. Just a thought.
