...it takes talent to take something horrendous like jailhouse snitches and actually make them worse.

Harris is and always has been a cop, a prosecutor. As Carlin said, "The lowest scum to ever crawl out of the Devil's asshole".

I've no idea why they suddenly think she's the great dragon-slaying candidate.

...no amount of cajolery, and no attempts at ethical or social seduction, can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred for the Tory Party...So far as I am concerned they are lower than vermin.

I know next to nothing about Harris, but her performance on responding to Biden's withdrawal announcement was pitiful. Here she was, with the entire world's media focused on her, and a literally unique opportunity to impress US voters, and all she could do was gush on for 10 minutes about how wonderful Joe was and what an outstanding president he has been.(EH!!???!!! ) And responding to Biden's creepy sepulchreial tones from beyond the grave like a squealing little schoolgirl. The whole thing was nauseating. But then the US (and most of its citizens) has a mental and emotional age of around 10. You only have to look at their national signature diet: burger and fries and Coca-Cola. They're spoilt indulged children.
