When you do hear what he says, it all sounds statesmanlike and straightforward, and will to the media and the majority of citizens, except that we here and some other places have been forewarned he will apply exactly the same rules to these horrible fascist thugs as we've already meted out to peaceful protesters. . They're all breaking the law and the full weight of Starmer's state will be brought to bear on them, no difference in my book, no excuse, no escape. . Want to go to London to Gaza protest march, we will stop you getting on the train. Want to organise a peaceful protest on WhatsApp or Facebook, we will curtail your communication and come down hard on these providers.
