The "Times of Israel" article on Zionist organisations and Tommy Robinson relies for much of its content on a Guardian investigation which plugged the 'it's the Russkies' line.

Actually, this is the article the TOI article links to and it doesn't mention Russia at all. It does not refer to the recent Steele article claiming it was stirred up by Russia. This is of course obvious given the TOI article is from five years ago.
